Captain C. Robert Arvin Educational Fund and Board
On June 15th, 2002, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2408, Ypsilanti, Michigan celebrated its' 70th Anniversary and dedicated the Post in honor and memory of Captain C. Robert Arvin. The Post also established "The Captain C. Robert Arvin Educational Fund" to insure that his legacy to this community would continue to live-on through the youth of each generation to follow by recognizing and encouraging the young men and women of Ypsilanti to pursue academic excellence, develop leadership skills, and perform selfless service to the community in the manner exemplified by Captain Carl Robert Arvin.
